CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
With a passion for construction and a hands-on approach, since 2018 I have focused on delivering bespoke construction management as the owner of LvS Bouwmanagement. My career spans a wide range of roles and projects, from residential and commercial construction to international development projects. As a construction manager, I speak the language of all stakeholders and ensure a smooth and enjoyable process, whether it involves large-scale or small-scale construction projects.
My experience began with a valuable internship at J.P. van Eesteren, where I gained practical knowledge working on the A’DAM Tower project. I then further developed my skills as a project manager at Kodde Architecten bna, with a focus on urban renovation projects. My role as a project manager in Malawi for Stichting Bouwen Nederland added to my experience in improving local construction projects under challenging conditions.
I have a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, followed by additional training in financial management and circular construction. My academic background, supplemented with experience in the use of various design and planning software, supports my technical and organizational capabilities.
With strong skills in project management, construction advice, permits, drawings, and subsidy applications, I am well equipped to successfully realize your construction projects. In my spare time I enjoy squash, music, travelling, cooking and DIY.
